Our team of building professionals will do our best to contact you within 24 hours to organise a time that best suits you. If you're in Kaikoura, we're also service your area for earthquake repairs. We'll just need to coordinate inspections one or two weeks out.

While we're onsite, we help you take control of any problematic situations and give you advice on your various building options during your building inspections. We are based here in Ferrymead, Christchurch, and although you're more than welcome to visit us at our office, the best home repair advice we can give you is usually onsite during your building inspections. It's best if we visit you at your property. Please also note that upon certain findings during home inspections, there could be the circumstances where additional costs could occur. Home Inspections Vs Building Inspections

Home inspections (residential) are usually carried out by our Christchurch builders, specialised in structural integrity. We do this on weekdays during working hours, so you'll need to try and arrange some time off work. We'll do our best to accurately stick to the time window we give you when we contact you a week prior, to arrange a convenient time to visit your home. When onsite, we will assess the damage and the necessary repairs to bring you home back to its former glory.

Assessments in the commercial sector are often referred to as Building Inspections. Building inspections will also include attention to foundation cracks, tilt slab fractures, window and door movement and other related issues.
